Ingredients
2 cupsRolled Oats
3/4cupPecans
1 tbsp.Chia Seeds
1/4 tspSalt
1/2cupFlaked Coconutoptional
1 tbsp.Monk Fruit Sweetener optional
1/4cupButter or Coconut Oil
1/2cupPeanut Butter
1/4cupHoney
1 tbsp.Maple Syrup
1/4tsp.Maple or Vanilla flavoring
Instructions
Start by mixing the dry ingredients together and set aside.
Now combine the peanut butter, butter, maple syrup, and honey in a microwavable container. Set in the microwave and heat it up till the butter is melted. Mix everything together until smooth! You can also do this step on the stovetop if you prefer. Add the flavoring after this step.
Now pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir it together until it is well combined and there are no dry bits.
Transfer the granola to a baking sheet and press it down with a spoon or your hands.
Set in the preheated oven and bake for an hour. If you like your granola crunchy, bake longer then an hour.
Let it cool before taking it off the sheet! Enjoy with parfaits, smoothie bowls, or just plain!
