The Best Soft Fluffy Pizza Dough Recipe (with a secret ingredient)

This pizza dough is the most soft and fluffy of any pizza dough I've ever had! You won't go back to those cardboard thin pizzas after you try this one!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp. yeast
  • 1 tbsp. mayo
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water, let sit for 5 minutes so the yeast can dissolve. Add sugar, salt, oil, and mayo. Stir in flour. The dough will be very sticky!
  • Transfer dough from your mixer to another bowl. Let the it rise 45 minutes to an hr.
  • Generously grease your pan or stone with butter! With buttered hands, press the dough into the pan and shape the pizza. Poke holes in the crust with a fork so there aren't air bubbles! Sprinkle garlic salt, parmesan cheese, and parsley on it and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Bake the crust before you add the toppings! If using a pizza pan, bake the crust for 13 minutes at 375* If you are using a pizza stone, you will have to bake it longer at a lower temperature.
  • Next once the crust is baked, pull it out of the oven and add your favorite toppings! Transfer into the oven again and let it in till the toppings are hot and the cheese is melted! This makes one large pizza crust.
